I recently was driving in a mall parking lot in the morning when it was still dark. Unfortunately I hit a concrete base that was supposed to have a sign on it but it was partially hidden by ice & it scraped the underside of my car and I was very concerned I had damaged something. I called my regular mechanic and they were unable to get it in soon but they had previous connections to Lubrication Station and said to call and ask for the Manager, Brandon. I called him and he said he would be happy to have a look at it for me and I went right over there and he went under my car and spotted a plastic shield that needed to be re-attached in a couple of ways. He set my mind at ease by reassuring me all was well and he had fixed the issue - no charge! I was also having some issues with a wiper blade and they looked at it and it needed replacement and said the other one had a cracked clip and would be an issue soon so they took care of both issues and saved me time going to get wiper blades. I felt they went above and beyond in every way and even though I didn't need an oil change(and get them from my mechanic), if I was doing quick changes I would be going there and will recommend them to others I know that need that service.

After 4years, i wouldnt go Anywhere else. Always Exceptionsl service done right with no worries. Appreciate the diagnistics.

I have been getting most of my oil changes done (I do some myself) at the Lubrication Station for longer than I can remember and it has always been a very professional pleasant experience. Recently I attempted doing an oil change on my wife's Honda CRV which requires the removal of a cover to access the drain plug and filter. I was unable to remove one of the fasteners on the cover and actually destroyed the Philips head recess in the bolt trying. I immediately jumped to the conclusion that the tech at the Lubrication Station had cross threaded the bolt when reinstalling it at my last oil change. I called the owner to discuss my issue and he instructed me to bring my vehicle in at my earliest convenience so they could have a look. As it turns out the bolt was rust seized which was no fault of the Lubrication Station and courteously informed me that this is common issue due this design from Honda. They removed the seized bolt, removed and lubricated all the remaining fasteners put in a new bolt (Honda part) and had me on my way in about 10 minutes and at no charge! These guys are the real deal and I cannot recommend the Lubrication Station more highly.
